Overwork is the cause of above-normal pulses. Rest time role needed to re-normalize pulse. The research aims design right rest system with a Physiology and Quality Function Deployment approach in tofu craftsmen male gender Kediri district. method first stage performs measurements pulse, oxygen consumption, metabolism, energy intervention. second set attributes needs technical responses from MSME owners know final results attribute selection based on highest weight. showed an effective 233.9 minutes per 6 hours work reviewed physiological approach. weighing 192.02 worship 20 minutes; sleep weight 182.25 60 evaluation weighed 157.84 120 heating weighs 152.96 drinking water 121.85 13.9 minutes. With this result, break can be applied improve performance craftsmen. Subsequent development may lead reduced but result greater performance.
